Guest should arrive at their scheduled appointment time. We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Appointment will be forfeited and originally "booking fees" will be held as colleterial for the time reserved for services. Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to personal emergencies or traffic. *An additional booking fee will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your schedule appointment time.
CANCELLATIONS
Please allow 72hrs or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. Booking fees are non-refundable. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 72 hours' notice, your payment will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your booking fee. An Additional booking fee will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 72 hours notice.
PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Clients are responsible for following pre-care instructions. Not doing so will result in appointment cancellation and forfeit of the booking fee. A new booking fee will need to be collected before rescheduling the procedure.
BOOKING FEE
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is due immediately upon booking to secure all appointments. This fee is to ensure that you are committed to your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance will be collected at the time of service.
BALANCE
Remaining 50% balance will be collected at the time of your service.
TOUCH-UPS
Your permanent make-up touch-up can be scheduled no sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 12 weeks following your first session. This enhancement session is crucial for the best results. Additional Touch-Up appointments may be needed for oily, sun damaged, problematic skin, dark pigmented skin and/or individuals who do not follow after-care instructions properly.
EXISTING PMU TATTOO
If you have had your treatment area previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval BEFORE your appointment booking. A $200 fee will be charged for each cover-up tattoo. Failure to inform staff when scheduling will result in forfeit of booking fee and appointment will need to be rescheduled for a longer appointment slot. A new booking fee will be necessary to reschedule.
DISCLAIMER
Permanent make-up is a form of cosmetic tattooing where pigment is placed in the dermal layer of the tissue. This is a multiple-step appointment process requiring multiple appointments. Healing and retention of pigment is determined by client’s skin type, immune-system and adherence top pre and post-care instructions, therefore no specific results can be 100% guaranteed.
